Dacia Logan Steppe Review

In 2006, an SUV concept car, the Dacia Logan Steppe was presented at the International Motor Show 's in Geneva. The car was built by the design concept of the car manufacturers of DC noted in India. It is considered a precursor of the Logan family version of the future, to be launched in autumn 2006 and is expected to retail at less than € 8.500 / £ 6.000. The wagon, which is based on a stretched version of the Logan platform should have a range of engines 1.4 L and 1.6 L petrol engines and a diesel 1.5 L, while the long duration means that a seven-seat option is also could offer.

100% ELECTRIC VEHICLES

The Citroen C-Zero is an electric vehicle powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor of 47 kW or 64 bhp EEC from 3000 to 6000 rpm. The maximum torque of 180 Nm available from 2,000 rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear axle through a gearbox one speed.

The motor is powered by the latest generation of 330-volt lithium-ion battery, which consists of 88 50 Ah cells (coastal shipping, 16 kWh of energy), installed at the center of the vehicle.Lithium-ion keeps the weight under the conventional technology, while offering equivalent performance. It is also resistant to partial loads, which have no impact on battery life.

Easy to download, easy to use

Recharge your batteries in the Citroën C-Zero is a breeze. The owners simply plug the power cord into an outlet of 220 volts. A full charge takes six hours, while a load of 80% is possible in just 30 minutes using an external station with a single phase current 125 A to 400 V power up to 50 kWh.

The use of the vehicle is just as easy. When the driver turns the ignition key a beep confirms that the car is running. Citroën C-Zero works like a normal car with automatic transmission.

The fuel gauge is replaced by a traditional indicator of battery charge.
